Return and Refund Policy

All sales are FINAL. Exchange is only allowed For online orders that have been shipped. If damage should occur during the time the item has been shipped and received an exchange may be granted within no more than 24 hrs of receiving item. If for any reason the product arrives damaged please email customerservice@jubeautebar.app and provide order number along with picture/video of damage immediately after finding damage.

The item must be unworn !!!!

Customer is responsible for covering shipping cost to return the damaged item if applicable for item to be returned. If customer chooses not to store credit will be given.
